Armando ("the Service") is a digital safety service operating on WhatsApp, developed by Olive Code. Our goal is to assist users in identifying digital scams and to provide helpful responses for everyday technical tasks.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for any information you send through the service and you must not use Armando to conduct illegal activities, spam, or abuse the platform.
Interactions on our platform are supported by a hybrid technology system, combining Artificial Intelligence with human review where necessary. Armando does not provide professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Any suggestions provided by the system should be independently verified before you take action.
Armando is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service, especially as we depend on third-party platforms like WhatsApp.
All content, branding, and underlying technology of Armando belong to Olive Code. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service materials without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive Code shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including decisions made based on the information provided by Armando.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by stopping your use of the Service, which includes blocking the contact on WhatsApp or sending the message "STOP". We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

O Armando ("o Serviço") é um serviço de segurança digital a operar no WhatsApp, desenvolvido pela Olive Code. O nosso objetivo é ajudar os utilizadores a identificar burlas digitais e fornecer respostas úteis para tarefas técnicas do dia a dia.
Tem de ter pelo menos 18 anos para utilizar este serviço. O utilizador é responsável por qualquer informação que envie através do serviço e não deve utilizar o Armando para conduzir atividades ilegais, enviar spam ou cometer abusos na plataforma.
As interações na nossa plataforma são suportadas por um sistema tecnológico híbrido, combinando Inteligência Artificial com revisão humana onde necessário. O Armando não fornece aconselhamento profissional, legal, financeiro ou médico. Quaisquer sugestões fornecidas pelo sistema devem ser verificadas de forma independente antes de tomar qualquer ação.
O Armando é fornecido "tal como está" e "conforme disponível". Embora procuremos uma alta fiabilidade, não garantimos o funcionamento ininterrupto ou isento de erros do serviço, especialmente porque dependemos de plataformas de terceiros como o WhatsApp.
Todo o conteúdo, marca e tecnologia subjacente do Armando pertencem à Olive Code. Não pode copiar, modificar ou distribuir os materiais do nosso serviço sem permissão.
Na extensão máxima permitida por lei, a Olive Code não será responsável por quaisquer danos diretos, indiretos ou consequentes resultantes da sua utilização ou incapacidade de utilizar o Serviço, incluindo decisões tomadas com base na informação fornecida pelo Armando.
A sua utilização do Serviço é também regida pela nossa Política de Privacidade, que explica como recolhemos e protegemos os seus dados.
Pode terminar este acordo a qualquer momento, parando a sua utilização do Serviço, o que inclui bloquear o contacto no WhatsApp ou enviar a mensagem "STOP". Reservamo-nos o direito de suspender ou terminar o seu acesso atual se violar estes Termos.
Estes termos serão regidos pelas leis de Portugal. Quaisquer litígios serão resolvidos nos tribunais competentes de Lisboa, Portugal.
